Archéobistrot
The Archéobistrot offers you a gourmet break somewhere on the gastronomical timeline, with delicious little dishes from pre-history and down the centuries. If you decide to eat from the buffet, you will have the choice between an assortment of salads and pâtés made according to the recipes of the famous master Auguste Escoffier, creator of the great cuisines of the palaces of the Belle Epoque, and the genuine Liège meatball taken from a recipe from 1604. The dishes will take you on a journey through time, with Neolithic cassoulet, pork with apricots from Antiquity, “egurdouce” rabbit from the 14th century or the blanquette of fish from Modern Times. But to start, you must not miss one of the three historical aperitifs on offer: hydromel, saugée or hypocras!
