Benoît Johnen first of all worked in a brewery. Then, with his wife Vivianne Langhor, they ran a café. “But we always said to ourselves that one day, we would make our own beer”. For a few years, they did both (run a café and brew beer), but for a short while now, they have been focusing exclusively on their brews and also producing custom beers. A little plus : two or three times a year, they organise “food and beer evenings”.
