Having worked for several years as a vet, in 2000 Karin Lagneau realised her childhood dream : to open a sheep pen. At the head of the flock of 90 ewes (for the production of lamb), she also owns 10 adult goats which she milks every day. With their milk, she produces fresh goat’s cheeses moulded

with a ladle, containing pepper, garlic and parsley or Italian flavours.

Tours : in season, from April to September - On booking for groups - tours open to all from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on two Sundays per month (see the website) - €2/p
