It is less than a year since the Cadiats began producing cheese “to sell the milk” , the rock-bottom price of which, as is known, was not generating business for farmers. Nevertheless, the Cadiats bounced back : they offer a Gouda-type, firm cheese in the varieties natural, wild garlic, fenugreek
and Léopold 7 beer (the cheese is washed in vats of beer), and they have just taken on an employee for one day a week to take care of it.
