Lontzen Local History Museum

Since 2006, the local history museum has been installed in the premises of the village house.

The history of the Frankish Seigniory of Lontzen can be traced through documents and photos of the old mine, the parish, the school, the castle, the folklore societies etc...

An entire room of the museum is dedicated to the former Prussian border station in Herbesthal, which unfortunately was demolished in 1983.

Opening day(s)
