◾1 l water

◾600 g broccoli

◾1 chicken stock cube

◾salt, pepper, grated nutmeg

◾30 g flour

◾500 ml milk

◾30 g butter or margarine

Cook the broccoli in salted water.

Meanwhile, prepare a béchamel sauce with the milk, flower, butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Mix the broccoli in a blender and add the béchamel sauce, stirring well.

Adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Garnish with a sprig of broccoli, parsley, croutons...
